Distinction Marks the Second Consecutive Time KLAS has Recognized Halo Health as an Industry Leader
Halo Health, a cloud-based, clinical collaboration platform for acute, ambulatory and post-acute care, announced it has once again been named a Top Performer for Clinical Collaboration Platforms in the 2021 “Best in KLAS” report.
This marks the second time the company has been ranked a top performer in clinical collaboration platforms by KLAS. Halo Health’s score of 90.5, nearly three points higher than the average KLAS clinical collaboration platform score, is based on customer interviews and ratings. Halo Health was previously named a top performer for supporting the greatest breadth of workflows in the “Clinical Communication Platforms 2020” report.
In addition to its overall score, the KLAS evaluation ratings are organized into customer experience pillars. Halo Health received an A rating Halo Health also received an A rating for the Loyalty and Value customer experience pillars.

In the last 12 months, Halo Health reported an 85% increase in information exchanged – records, messages, voice – and adoption of the Halo platform, in part due to rapid acceptance during COVID‑19. The AWS cloud-based, light footprint of the platform allows for easy scalability with minimal provisioning required by IT teams, a uniqueness which proved valuable in 2020 as medical systems had to do more with less.
