Halo Health has been rated the top clinical communication and collaboration software solution in G2’s Clinical Communication and Collaboration Grid® Report for Summer 2021.
Ratings are based on an overall G2 score measuring customer satisfaction and market presence. Halo Health’s score is based on over 50 reviews by verified customer users, the most of any vendor in the category.
Co-founder Jose Barreau, M.D., chief executive officer, Halo Health stated, “It is gratifying to receive recognition of our outstanding team’s work. We will continue to invest in the talent and technology that empowers healthcare organizations to provide the highest-quality care for their communities.”
This is the second consecutive quarter Halo Health has been recognized as a leader in the Clinical Communication and Collaboration category, after being named a leader in the same category in the Spring 2021 G2 Grid® Report.
Halo Health was also named a leader in the HIPAA Compliant Messaging category in the Summer 2021 report and a top performer in Spring 2021. Vendors recognized as leaders are rated highly by G2 users on satisfaction and also have strong market presence.
This recognition is consistent with other customer-led accolades for the technology firm. Halo Health was named a Top Performer in the Best in KLAS 2021 report and validated as supporting the greatest breadth of clinical workflows in the KLAS Clinical Communication Platforms 2020 report.
“The significance of the G2 Grid Report and similar programs are their focus on customer user feedback,” said Julia Goebel, Chief Marketing Officer, Halo Health. “Our dedicated team works tirelessly to deliver an outstanding product – from optimizing clinical workflows to providing ongoing consulting and support.”
A Scalable Platform for Clinical Workflows
The Halo Clinical Collaboration Platform (CCP) is a scalable, cloud-based solution offering secure role-based messaging, on-call scheduling, VoIP calling, critical results, alerts, and team coordination tools — all unified in a mobile platform for clinicians inside health systems as well as across the care continuum. Its unique workflow management system delivers time-sensitive, patient-centric information to the right person, role, and team in real-time.
In the last 12 months, Halo Health has reported an 85% increase in information exchanged – records, messages, voice – and adoption of the Halo Health platform, in part due to rapid acceptance during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Hundreds of thousands of users sending millions of messages utilize the Halo Health platform to accelerate patient care, increase clinician efficiency, and improve clinical and financial outcomes.
