Halo Health has once again been named Leader in G2’s Clinical Communication and Collaboration Grid report. The Fall 2021 installment is the third consecutive report in which Halo Health leads the category, which focuses on communication and collaboration software in healthcare. In addition, Halo Health received the highest Satisfaction score among products in the Clinical Communication and Collaboration category.
The report scores are based on verified reviews by Halo Health customers. Software vendors recognized as Leaders are rated highly by G2 users and have substantial Satisfaction and Market Presence scores.
In addition, Halo Health was named a Top Performer in G2’s adjacent category of HIPAA Compliant Messaging.
Leader in Clinical Communication and Collaboration
This new recognition follows Halo Health being recognized as a Top Performer in KLAS’ Best in KLAS 2021 report and validated as supporting the greatest breadth of clinical workflows in KLAS’ Clinical Communication Platforms 2020 report.
“Customers continue to have a choice and this recognition of the Halo Clinical Collaboration Platform is a tribute to our entire Halo Health team,” said Julia Goebel, chief marketing officer, Halo Health. “Employee research confirms that when work is connected to purpose, there is improved employee satisfaction and outcomes,” continued Goebel. “It’s not only true at Halo Health; it is also true of the health systems which have invested in improving the work experience of clinicians.”
According to the Arch Collaborative of KLAS, health systems that have invested in clinical collaboration platforms show a 17% increase in physician satisfaction over health systems which have not invested in clinical collaboration platforms.
Platform Utilization Continues to Climb
The Halo Clinical Collaboration Platform (CCP) is a scalable, cloud-based solution offering secure role-based messaging, on-call scheduling, VoIP calling, critical results, alerts, and team coordination tools — all unified in a mobile platform for clinicians inside health systems as well as across the care continuum. Its unique workflow management system delivers time-sensitive, patient-centric information to the right person, role, and team in real-time.
In the last 18 months, Halo Health has reported an increase in the information exchanged – records, messages, voice – and adoption of the Halo Health platform, in part due to rapid acceptance during the ongoing waves of COVID-19.
Hundreds of thousands of users sending millions of messages utilize the Halo Health platform to accelerate patient care, increase clinician efficiency, and improve clinical and financial outcomes.
